Travis Barker has opened up about his and Kourtney Kardashian’s blended family, revealing that their children “all get along” as they try to maintain a sense of normalcy.
While conversing with PEOPLE, the Blink-182 drummer revealed about his blended family of seven he shares with the Poosh founder, whom he married in May 2022.
“Fortunately, all of our kids get along,” Travis said, adding, “Everyone kind of does their own thing. We try to have a lot of normalcy.”
He explained that different family members spend time together at different times, but they make sure to reunite at least once a week.
“Every Sunday we have family dinner—there’s never a Sunday where we don’t have family dinner,” added Travis.
He noted, “I love being present. I also love leading by example.”
Travis also shared that his relationship with his kids continues to get better with time.
“It doesn’t matter how old they are. I love Ati the same way at 27 as I did when she was 2. Landon, the same way the day he was born compared to now, in the same way. Every year honestly just gets better. It’s awesome,” he mentioned.
Travis shares son Landon, 22, and daughter Alabama, 20, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler and remains close to his stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya, whom Moakler shares with boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
Meanwhile, Kourtney shares sons Reign, 11, Mason, 16, and daughter Penelope, 14, with ex Scott Disick.
Together, Travis and Kourtney, 47, share son Rocky Thirteen Barker, who they welcomed in November 2023 after they wed in 2022.
His new documentary Louder Than Fear chronicles Barker’s journey to fame and the challenges he faced after surviving a 2008 private plane crash, with its premiere set for Aug. 13 on Hulu and Disney+.
