The 33-year-old was taken into custody in February 2024 after an alleged incident at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, where she was accused of striking a victim "in the genitals", pulling hair from another, and throwing a used tampon at a bartender.

Charges against Alaia Baldwin

According to Chatham County's official government website, Alaia has agreed to pay for the programme, which can include counselling and community service.

What happened in the bar assault involving Alaia Baldwin?

In February 2024, chaos erupted at Club Elan when the owner called 911, claiming Alaia had gotten into a physical altercation with staff and refused to leave.

According to TMZ, employees said she wandered into the staff-only restroom despite being told she could not use it and was redirected to the public bathroom.

She allegedly became belligerent and combative, and assaulted three staff members.

During the alleged altercation, she yanked the hair of a security guard trying to restrain her, while another claimed she kicked him in the groin.

Bartender Haleigh Cauley reportedly said she encountered Alaia while trying to enter the employees' bathroom and a "used" tampon made contact with her face.

The wellness advocate told officers she was acting in self-defence and insisted the incident was being overblown.

A police report obtained by E! News said she initially denied throwing the tampon but later admitted she did throw it.

Alaia Baldwin's legal team speaks out on the bar incident

Alaia attorney told TMZ at the time, "On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow travelled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn."

"Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again."

Notably, Alaia shares a six-year-old daughter, Iris, with film producer Andrew Aronow, whom she tied the knot in 2017.
