Hailey Bieber spent a rare evening with her family after a shocking update.
Taking to Instagram, Backgrid posted a carousel of photos sharing that the Rhode founder enjoyed an evening out with her family, including dad Stephen Baldwin, mom Kennya Baldwin, and sister Alaia Baldwin.
The outing came after Alaia avoided jail time in a bizarre assault case.
“Hailey Bieber stepped out for a rare family dinner with her father, Stephen Baldwin, her mother, Kennya Baldwin, and her sister, Alaia Baldwin. The family outing came just before Hailey’s son, Jack Blues Bieber, celebrates his second birthday on August 22,” captioned the outlet.
In the snaps, Justin Bieber’s wife rocked a casual yet chic look, exuding style in a white tee paired with a black jacket and matching pants.
She styled her hair in a sleek high bun and donned a stylish pair of sunglasses.
The photos also showed Stephen, wearing a white shirt and jeans, Kennya, rocking a cream-colored top with khaki pants, while Alaia wore matching black shirt and pants layered under a brown jacket.
Alaia Baldwin escapes prison sentence in assault case
Hailey Bieber’s dinner outing photos with her sister Alaia Baldwin came around the same time when TMZ reported that the latter avoided jail time in a bizarre club assault case, which was filed back in 2024.
New legal documents show that prosecutors offered Alaia a pre-trial diversion program, in which she will have to complete a series of classes, fines, and other requirements in exchange for not having to serve jail time.
The 33-year-old was taken into custody in February 2024 after an alleged incident at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, where she was accused of striking a victim "in the genitals", pulling hair from another, and throwing a used tampon at a bartender.
In January 2026, prosecutors filed four misdemeanour charges against the model, including simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.
As per the club employees, Alaia wandered into the staff-only restroom despite being told she could not use it and was redirected to the public bathroom, prompting her to allegedly become belligerent and combative, and assault three staff members.
Bartender Haleigh Cauley reportedly said she encountered Alaia while trying to enter the employees' bathroom and a "used" tampon made contact with her face.
A police report obtained by E! News said she initially denied throwing the tampon but later admitted she did throw it.
