Posting a snap of her looking out over a landscape at sunset, Hudson penned, "I've loved people deeply for a day, for a week and some for years but I'll love her until I die."
"Not because I'm supposed to, or because that's how I was raised, but because every time she smiles I see the little girl whose joy is so unpolluted," he added.
Hudson sweetly concluded the birthday ode, noting, "happy birthday to my person."
The Instagram Story was accompanied by Barry James Riverside featuring Lana Del Ray.

Moreover, the tribute came after it was reported that the production for season 2 of Heated Rivalry has begun, which made Hudson, and his co-star Connor Storrie, breakout stars.
In the hit Canadian queer series, based on Rachel Reid's Game Changers novels Hudson stars as Shane Hollander a Canadian hockey player who is navigating a secret romance spanning a decade with Russian riyal Ilya Rozanoc (Connor).

Amid the popularity of the show, the sexual identity of both the actors became a hot topic on the internet, which was shut down by Heated Rivalry creator Jacob Tierney.
"I don’t think there's any reason to get into that stuff. I’ll tell you something about the casting of both of these roles. You can’t ask questions like that when you’re casting, right? It’s actually against the law," Jacob said in a group interview.
He added, "So what you have to gauge is somebody’s enthusiasm and willingness to do the work. And that’s what’s so impressive about both of these guys is they came into this being like, 'Yeah, we’re here to do this, and we are here to make this story feel authentic and to be as real as possible.' And they f–king hit it out of the park."
About 'Heated Rivalry' Season 2
Season 2 of the sports-romance series is set to premiere in Spring 2027, which will follow book 6 of the Game Changers series, The Long Game, for the continuity of Shane and Ilya's story while also adding elements from Role Model (Book 5) for the official TV debut of Troy Barrett and Harris Drover.
The fifth book follows Troy Barrett (Charlie Gillespie), a hockey player on Ilya's team with a history of bullying and Harris Drover (Justice Smith), who is the team's cheerful social media manager.
