Alia Bhatt’s young-adult romantic comedy Don’t Be Shy has gotten an exclusively released date Prime Video.
As reported by Variety, it has set a September premiere date for Don’t Be Shy, a young-adult romantic comedy from Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions.
Written and directed by Sreeti Mukerji, the project is backed by Alia and Shaheen Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions, with Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani also producing.
Aarushi Bajaj, Ansh Duggal, Bianca Arora and Piyush Khati make their debuts as the film’s leads, portraying young adults navigating love, friendship, heartbreak and life’s uncertainties. Kunaal Roy Kapur, Anurag Basu, Neha Dhupia and Anju Alva Naik round out the cast.
“Don’t Be Shy is one of our most cherished films, and we’re thrilled to finally announce its global streaming premiere,” said Nikhil Madhok, director and head of originals, Prime Video (SVOD) and Amazon MGM Studios India.

Don’t Be Shy will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in Hindi with English subtitles across India and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide on September 25.
