Princess Kate has released a new message after her visit to the cancer hospital.

On Friday, September 11, the Princess of Wales, for her latest engagement, returned to the Royal Marsden Hospital, where she previously received treatment for cancer.

Following the visit, the future Queen took to her and Prince William’s joint Instagram account to share a about her outing, expressing delight after meeting the patients, staff, and families at the hospital.

Alongside a carousel of glimpses from the engagement, Catherine penned, “Wonderful to spend time with patients, staff and families at The Royal Marsden Hospital, hearing about their vision for holistic cancer care.”

She continued, “From plans for the future Winter Garden and Centre for Holistic Wellbeing and Recovery to the supportive therapies already available, inspiring to learn how these services can help people through treatment, recovery and beyond.”

“Encouraging to hear how funding raised through initiatives such as the Three Peaks Challenge could help support future developments, enhance patient care and advance research that may benefit people living with cancer across the UK,” added the mother of three.

Kate Middleton – who successfully complete the Three Peaks Challenge in July by climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales, to generate funds for cancer patients – stated, “This was my small way of being able to give back and say thank you to you. I had incredible care here and support from a huge team and I'm really really grateful on a personal level."
