Strictly Come Dancing is finally set to make an exciting return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, September 19, with a new presenting team taking charge of the popular dance competition.
'Strictly Come Dancing' new hosts
Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe will replace long-serving hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, who stepped down after the 2025 series and Christmas Special.
The new hosts are set to be introduced during the launch show tonight; however, the presenter’s roles currently remain under wraps.
A report suggested Emma Willis may work in the ballroom alongside the contestants and judges, while Josh Widdicombe is likely to speak with couples after they are paired.
Johannes Radebe’s role has also attracted attention. He reportedly became a backstage reporter, but those reports have since been dismissed. He will also not compete as a professional dancer during the 2026 series.
