Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently shared an update on his recovery from knee surgery.
Taking to his Instagram account on Monday, Zuckerberg posted a video of his training session from the gym on, revealing that his recovery is progressing well.
“5 months post-surgery. Recovery is going well, and starting to get strength back. Really looking forward to easing back into training over the coming months. Appreciate all the love and support,” wrote the founder of Facebook alongside his workout video.
Zuckerberg's new video instantly got users attention and reaction, who wished him good health.
One user wrote, “Glad to see you progressing back! God is good!”
Another user remarked, “If this is your recovery leg press, your regular must be insanely heavy.”
“You’ll regenerate as good as new, like an octopus,” one user commented.
Earlier in November 2023, Zuckerberg, 39, tore a knee ligament while training in mixed martial arts (MMA).
Zuckerberg shared the news on his social media account at that time, informing, “Tore my ACL sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it. Grateful for the doctors and team taking care of me."
He added, "I was training for a competitive MMA fight early next year, but now that's delayed a bit. Still looking forward to doing it after I recover. Thanks to everyone for the love and support."
This update comes shortly after Zuckerberg became the world's third-richest person, with a net worth of $186.9 billion.
