Batting sensation Virat Kohli achieved another historic milestone in the IPL, becoming the first player to score 400 runs in a season for 10 consecutive years.

As per The Times Of India, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star accomplished this feat during RCB's recent match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2024 season.

Kohli now surpasses his compatriot Suresh Raina and David Warner, who have each achieved this milestone nine times in their IPL careers.

In addition to the current IPL 2024 season, Kohli achieved this milestone in 2023, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2016, 2015, 2013, and 2011.

Notably, during the 2016 season, Kohli scored a remarkable 973 runs at an average of 81.08, including four centuries and seven fifties-a record that remains unmatched.

Moreover, with a career spanning 246 matches, Kohli has amassed a total of 7,693 runs at an average of 38.27, including eight centuries and 53 fifties.
