Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra expressed their thoughts about Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s Laapataa Ladies after its OTT release on April 26, 2024.
The Citadel actress took to her Instagram account on Wednesday to write a heartfelt note for the cast and director of Laapataa Ladies, which has been in the headlines again after its release on Netflix.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas shared the poster of the movie with a sweet caption that read, “Thank you for the entertainment and the education. @raodyness! Congratulations on this gem”.
Chopra also asked the filmmaker Kiran to make more movies like Laapataa Ladies.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt also extended congratulations to the entire team on her Instagram account.
She tagged the cast and director of the movie and penned a appreciation note for them.
The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress wrote Laapataa Ladies is "such a beautiful film", adding that the entire cast gave a "fabulous performance."
In addition to this, the Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actress Ananya Panday also praised Laapataa Ladies noting that film is real delight and she could not recommend it enough.
Laapataa Ladies, which was first released in theatres on September 8, 2023, is a comedy drama film based on two women, who accidentally got swapped in train.
The movie is directed by Kiran Rao, and produced by Rao, Aamir Khan, and Jyoti Deshpande.
