Arijit Singh has brought his UK tour to a standstill!
On Wednesday, August 1, the legendary singer turned to his official Instagram account to share the heartbreaking news of his unforeseen health issues, which have led to the suspension of his August concerts.
A detailed text was shared in the form of a short clip that read, "Dear Fans, It pains me to share that unforeseen medical circumstances have forced me to postpone our August concerts."
Apologizing for the inconvenience, he penned, "I know how eagerly you were awaiting these shows, and I’m truly sorry for the disappointment."
Telling the fans how their love and support is a major support system for him, the Khairiyat singer wrote, "Let’s turn this pause into a promise of an even more magical reunion.”
The post also mentioned the rescheduled dates of the concerts.
In September, the Satranga hitmaker will kick off the rescheduled concerts in London on September 15, move to Birmingham on September 16, and continue in Rotterdam on September 19.
The tour will wrap up with the final performance in Manchester on September 22, 2024.
"Thank you for your understanding, patience, and unwavering love. I can’t wait to create unforgettable memories with you all. With heartfelt apologies and endless gratitude, Arijit Singh," noted the iconic Tum Hi Ho singer as he concluded.
Reacting to the post, the fans flooded Singh's comment section with heartfelt prayers and wishes.
"It's ok sometimes being waiting for someone creates more curiosity. Get well soon," expressed one of the fans.
Meanwhile another penned, "Please take care of yourself sir!"
