The Israeli forces on Monday, July 21, ordered Palestinians to evacuate from the crowded areas in the Gaza Strip that were designated as the humanitarian safe zone.

According to Associated Press, Israel said it will launch an operation against Hamas militants in the area it once allocated as a ‘humanitarian zone.’

Thousands of Palestinians are once again forced to be displaced and find new places to live in the shrinking space.

Israel earlier at the beginning of the war designated a zone in Muwasi, near the Mediterranean coast, and said it would only strike there with precision hits on the Hamas leader, saying it was ‘not a safe zone, but it is a safer place than any other’ in Gaza.

As per United Nations officials, the areas covered in the new evacuation order mostly include parts of the southern city of Khan Younis.

Moreover, after the evacuation order, the Israeli military hit Khan Younis with multiple airstrikes that killed at least 70 people.

Gaza Death Toll

According to the Health Ministry in Gaza, during the nine- months of Israel's war on Gaza, more than 39,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 89,900 wounded.
