Republican candidate for the presidency Donald Trump made derogatory remarks about Whoopi Goldberg after she co-hosted US Vice President Kamala Harris.

According to Independent, the former US president called Goldberg “demented” and “disgusting” at his rally in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, days after the American actress and comedian interviewed the Democrat nominee for the White House.

Trump during his rally not only attacked Harris but also Goldberg, who recently hosted the vice president on The View. He told the attendees that the interview was “stupid” and featured “really dumb people.”

Referring to his cameo in Goldberg’s 1996 Spots comedy film, Eddie Trump said, “I did a walk-on for Whoopi Goldberg. Now she says ‘I refuse to mention his name.’ You know what, politics can do strange things to demented people.”

He also told rallygoers that he once hired Goldberg to perform comedy, but she was “filthy, dirty, disgusting,” accusing her of using vulgar language that caused people to leave the room.

Meanwhile, Goldberg has also called the 78-year-old a “moron,” “unhinged” and “dictator” and usually referred to him as “you-know-who.”

Trump also criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom, Utah Senator Mitt Romney, former president Jimmy Carter, Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, President Joe Biden and prosecutor Jack Smith in Wednesday’s rally.
