
Sidharth Malhotra all set to resume work for his social comedy film Thank God, as Maharashtra government eases lockdown.
The entertainment industry is gradually getting back on track and actors cannot wait to be on the sets. All shoots will be held with strict safety protocols.
The shoot for the film Thank God is set to start in the first week of July.
In a chat with Pink Villa, Sidharth revealed his experience of being back on sets after a two month long hiatus. He said, “It has been a long wait and I have been looking forward to getting back to the hustle-bustle of film shoots. Elated to shoot again and see the happy & creative flow of energy that was truly missed.”
Sidharth will be starring alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Ajay Devgn in Thank God. The film will be directed by Indra Kumar.
The actor has numerous projects lined up in his kitty. The espionage thriller Mission Majnu will be shot in Lucknow and the major part will be filmed in Pakistan, where Sidharth will assume the role of a spy. The female lead in the film is Rashmika Mandanna.
