Ranveer Singh left fans amused after playfully shutting down a woman's flirtatious remark on set, joking that he is "about to become the father of two" as he referenced his growing family with wife Deepika Padukone.
Actor Deeksha Narang posted the video, revealing it was shot during an April 2026 promotional campaign for SuperYou and Starbucks to launch protein-infused cold foam coffees across 500-plus outlets.
Sharing the clip, Deeksha recalled chatting with the Dhurendar star during a brief break in filming after the coffee blender stopped working.
She wrote, “Happened in April 2026 Shoot for @be.superyou * @starbucks. And the director said be natural , be you As an actor , i saw opportunity to talk to him when the blender for coffee was busted. The room had awkward silence so as an intelligent woman , i just filled the silence. And well it felt like a chemistry lab. Proper measurements se bnai jarhi thi coffee. And i said “chemistry for coffee”. He thought “chemistry of love “. Vo bhi sahi hi hai , i am lady RANVEER SINGH . What a surreal experience. Talked to him 4 times that day ”
While chatting with Ranveer between takes to keep the atmosphere lively, Deeksha was met with a reaction that quickly won hearts.
The viral video showed the Padmaavat actor pausing for a moment before smiling and sending the crew into laughter.
He joked, “Kitna flirt kar rahi ho. Main do bacche ka baap banne wala hoon yaar (You're flirting so much. I'm about to become a father of two).”
To note, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are set to expand their family, with the couple expecting their second child after welcoming daughter Dua.
They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Dua Padukone Singh, on September 8, 2024 and in early 2026 that they are expecting their second child.
