Kareena Kapoor Khan hinted about her potential debut in South Indian film, speculated to be alongside Yash in the upcoming movie Toxic.
As per Hindustan Times report, the Jab We Met actress sparked speculation among followers in a recent interaction with fans, hinting at her involvement in ‘very big South film.’
In the video shared on Reddit, Kareena mentioned her upcoming debut in South Indian cinema.
The caption read, “So I think Kareena's film with Yash is confirmed! She said this on a zoom meeting with her fans yesterday.”
The viral video featured the actress expressing her excitement, stating, “Now, like I said, I might be doing a very big South film. Now it’s like, all pan-India so I don’t know where I’ll be shooting, but I’m excited for all my fans to know that it’s going to be the first time that I will be doing this.”
The news garnered reactions from fans with one suggesting, “She is doing big films like Toxic and Singham and at the same time content-driven films like Jaane Jaan, Crew, The Buckingham Murders. Her longevity is insane.”
“What makes me happy is having an actress in 40s as a leading lady, which should have been normalised way early,” another stated.
The Heroine actress already has a lineup of projects with Toxic slated to release on April 2025, meanwhile, Crew set to hit theaters on March 29.
