Parineeti Chopra's connection to Priyanka Chopra influenced her Bollywood career?

Parineeti chopra opened up about the perceived advantages of being cousin sister of global icon Priyanka chopra.

In a recent interview on Raj shamani’s posdcast, Parineeti shared her insights on the ongoing nepotism debate, shedding light on her own experiences in the film industry.

Addressing the notion that her connection to Priyanka could have propelled her career, Parineeti candidly stated, “If being related to Priyanka Chopra could’ve helped my career, then I wouldn’t have had any flops in my career. I’ve seen such lows in the last 10 years."

TheHasee Toh Phasee actress explained, "one might get their first chance, first audition, and first meeting, but later they’re on their own and it becomes more difficult for them to prove themselves."

Parineeti Chopta furthered “The comparisons will never end. So, what happens is, you can be a complete outsider, and it’s very difficult to survive. Or, you could be related to somebody and get that first meeting, but after that, your journey is your own.”

Despite her familial ties to a Bollywood superstar, Parineeti has forged her own path in the industry with resilience, encountering both triumphs and setbacks since her breakout role in 2011's Ladies vs Ricky Bahl.
