Meghan went on to tell how their children would play together while Sophie and Meghan drank wine and were "giddy like absolute schoolgirls".
In a recent interview, Sophie was questioned about her friendship with the American Riviera Orchard founder, she shared her different view point on her their bond.
While conversing with The Times, Sophie said: "I know her... but we haven't spent much time together."
She was asked about Meghan's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.
