Ryan Reynold has dropped a hint about the name of his and Blake Lively's fourth child, playfully nodding to Taylor Swift.
When Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb asked about the child's name at the Taday show, the IF actor hinted at the new addition to their family.
Referring to Swift's song Betty from her 2020 album Folklore, which includes his older three kids' names, Guthrie said, "Taylor Swift keeps dropping it into lyrics!"
Reynolds disclosed if the new baby's name appears on Swift's new album The Tortured Poets Department, he said, "We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child's name is, and I'll say this: We're still waiting."
The Deadpool star went on to say about the Lover songstress, "She's a prolific writer — I mean, what are we doing here? And 'lazy' is not a word I'd attach to Taylor."
In Taylor Swif song Betty showed Reynolds and Lively's third child, Betty (4½), as well as her elder sisters Ines (7½) and James (9).
To note, the couple announced that they were expecting their fourth child in September 2022 and that they would welcome the new addition in February 2023.
Previously, Reynolds mentioned that they didn't reveal the names of their daughters, which are included in the song "Betty," to them until the song was completed.
During a SiriusXM Town Hall interview in August 2021, he stated, "We surprised them with it."
