King Charles thanks British-Pakistani Saira Peter for singing ‘God Save the King’

King Charles has promised to use Saira Peter’s voice for official events

King Charles has warmed up to a Sufi Opera singer named Saira Peter, who is from a British-Pakistani descent.

Floating a video message on Saturday, May 25, she announced of having received a great letter of appreciation from the Buckingham Palace.

Through it, King Charles personally thanked her for recording Britain’s national anthem, God Save the King, after his coronation last year.

Your Majesty was handed the throne in May of 2024 at Westminster Abbey, London, where high-profile personalities had flew in from all over the world for witnessing a final goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II.

Upon being requested from UK’s government, Saira Peter had then sung his song in the soprano vocal range, which is of the highest calibre for females in classical singing.

When King Charles received its recording, he didn’t waste another minute in sending a thank you note for congratulating the young lady for her glorious public service.

Even Queen Camilla slipped in a signed photo card into the envelope of well wishes, as per Arab News.

It’s worthy to note that Saira Peter is Pakistan’s first opera singer. Her recording will now to be used for all official government events.
