Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might have to give up on her £12m Montecito mansion as their entanglement with the US visa lawsuit continues.

If the case’s request of making the Duke of Sussex’s US visa public is actually accepted, he could face some serious drawbacks, such as being deported back to the United Kingdom.

And this will thus lead to him losing on the US mansion, which is shared with Meghan Markle and kids, Archie and Lilibet.

As of now, The Heritage Foundation has meddled in to apply against the demand for visa records with the US judge currently reviewing the application.

But in his 2023 memoir, Spare, Prince Harry had confessed of taking drugs in younger years, because of which there’s an increased pressure on the call for his visa data being released.

It has also made the court question why has he been allowed to leave United Kingdom for living in America instead.

Speaking to The Sun, royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said, “Prince Harry may have included drug use on his application form. If he hasn’t, it will unquestionably make headlines, and that will not be beneficial.”

According to the same media channel, if the Duke of Sussex wants a US passport, he would have to take “the Oath of Allegiance, which requires him to renounce all allegiance to any foreign prince, state, or sovereign.”
