Pakistan's renowned scriptwriter Khalilur Rehman Qamar has hinted at casting superstar Mahira Khan in his upcoming film Mirza Jatt!
Khalil’s announcement caught the netizens with shock in wake of his repetitive statements of never wanting to work with the Humsafar star.
In an interview with a local media outlet, the Sadqay Tumhare writer shed light on the unexpected twist, “Yes, there were differences, but now we just have to work.”
“Mahira and Humayun Saeed will star together in Mirza Jatt,” he announced.
When asked whether he had forgiven Mahira after promising never to do so, Khalil responded, "That was my stance. I will stick to it."
The news has surely sparked mixed reactions from the public.
While some remained ecstatic at the prospect of seeing the Bin Roye co-stars act together once again, others were not happy with Khalil’s potential collaboration with Mahira.
However, the Bol star has nether denied nor confirmed the news, igniting more frenzy.
