Meghan Markle’s daily food choices have been revealed, and they don’t make her miss out on the things she enjoys most.
In a book named Finding Freedom, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand mentioned that the Duchess of Sussex starts mornings with a slice of lemon taken alongside a glass of hot water.
“This is followed by her favourite breakfast of steel-cut oats (usually made with almond or soy milk) with bananas and agave syrup for sweetness,” they wrote.
Speaking to Shape magazine previously, Meghan Markle pointed out eating clean as much as possible.
She said, “I just try to avoid the things that I know are going to make me feel lethargic or sluggish. I eat mostly fish and veggies, but I am also a foodie.”
In another interview with Best Health magazine, the Duchess of Sussex gave away that she cuts back on meat to have more flexibility during the weekend, which is when the fleshy items can be feasted.
According to Mirror, Prince Harry’s wife happens to be a huge fan of green juice, but she only picks out wine as her true partner for winding out on a day’s end.
“At the end of a long day there is nothing I enjoy more than a glass of wine,” Meghan Markle expressed.
