Deadpool and Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are at the heights of their fame, but if Taylor Swift and Blake Lively are in the same room with them, then they seemingly get a little overshadowed.
During an interview with PEOPLE Magazine at the premiere of Deadpool & Wolverine in New York City on Monday, July 22, Reynolds and Jackman gushed over Swift and Lively’s superstardom.
“If you ever really want to kinda not feel great about your career, go to [an NFL] game with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively — and then you're Blake Lively, Taylor Swift and others at the game,” Jackman jokingly said.
Meanwhile Reynolds agreed and chimed, "We're just and others."
The Deadpool actors along with Swift and Lively, who is also wife of Reynolds, attended the Kansas City Chief game on October 1, 2023, to support the team and Swift's NFL beau, Travis Kelce.
When asked about if they’ll attend another game together, Jackman replied, “Oh, I hope so,” while the IF actor added, “You don’t say no to that.”
Taylor Swift and Blake Lively, who are close friends from past 9 years, attended the Super Bowl as well as the Chiefs vs. Jets game on October where Jackman and Reynolds were also present.
Moreover, Reynolds and Jackman are busy promoting their upcoming flick Deadpool & Wolverine, which is slated to hit theaters on Friday, July 26.
