Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, sure likes to live life King-sized!
According to Indian publication, The Economic Times, Aryan has reportedly splurged majorly on a big purchase; a house for himself for a whopping price of INR 37 crore.
As per documents obtained by the outlet, Aryan seems to have bought two floors at South Delhi’s Panchsheel Park, in a building where his superstar dad and mom Gauri Khan lived back in the 90s. Reports suggest that Aryan’s mom Gauri, an interior designer, has designed the home for him.
The documents also reveal that the property purchase was finalised in May 2024, with a stamp duty cost of INR 2.6 crore.
It is pertinent to note that Shah Rukh Khan also owns a heritage villa at Panchsheel Park, worth a staggering INR 200 crore today, which he purchased in 2001 for about INR 13 crore.
As for Aryan’s work pursuits, the youngster is gearing up for his entry into the film fraternity with his directorial debut, Stardom. The show will reportedly star Lakshya, Bobby Deol, and Mona Kapoor in key roles, with cameos from SRK, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh.
