Halle Berry wants judicial intervention for ex-husband Olivier Martinez to attend co-parenting sessions!
According to PEOPLE Magazine’s report on August 1, the allegations made by the Moonfall actress have been rejected, as Matrinez denied the accusations.
Berry and the Loot actor agreed to participate in co-parenting therapy with a coach in order to address their disputes to successfully co-parent their son Maceo on May 29, as per a detailed court report secured by the outlet.
In the latest filing, the Mothership actress alleged that her ex-spouse has failed to abide by the agreement to see the coach.
The sessions, which had to begin in June, have been pushed back until September as Matrinez was going to France in July while his brother will be visiting him in August.
Berry noted that both of them were required to complete individual sessions within two months before the joint ones, after which the coach would then reach out to the relevant third parties during the process.
"None of that has occurred," the filing alleged. "In fact, not a single conjoint session has been scheduled, and not a single third party has been contacted."
However, the appeal filed on July 29 had been rejected by Judge Shelley Kaufman due to “lack of exigent circumstances” on August 1.
