American Airlines flight turned chaotic after the floor flooded mid-flight due to unexpected leakage.
According to ABC News, an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Minneapolis witnessed some unexpected scenes earlier in December 2024 after the plane was flooded with water mid-flight.
Passengers were astonished to see water flowing on the floor. They quickly grabbed their belongings and lifted their legs to save themselves from mid-air flood.
As per a passenger on the board, the aisle of the plane was flooded after a leakage in the lavatory. People on the board could be seen trying to save themselves from the water in the video circulation on social media platforms.
The passenger said that a woman who went to use the restroom came out saying that there was a leak in the bathroom. After this, the flight attendant tried to stop the flow of water but could not succeed.
The passenger told Storyful, “It was utter disbelief and a little panic realising they cannot shut off the water.”
According to Storyful, American Airlines has not yet commented on the unexpected incident that happened in mid-flight on December 7, 2024.
