Recently, during an appearance on Ramzan transmission, Pakistan’s famous Naat Khwaan and Qawwal Amjad Sabri’s son Mujadid recited popular qawwali Bhar do Jholi and fans couldn’t help but praise him as they were stunned by similarities in voices of late father and the son.
A fan tweeted, “I really just can’t differentiate in Amjad Sabri & Mujadid’s voice ufff He totally sounds like him Me tou hoti galat jawab deti.”
Another fan wrote, “Feels so good to see Amjad Sabri’s son Mujadid Sabri carrying on the legacy of his father and forefathers. May he get the same fame and success as his father had. He has a very long way to go.”
Five years ago, Amjad Sabri was gunned down on 16th Ramzan in Liaquatabad.
