Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after ten years of marriage.
As reported by Page Six, the Pearl actress filed the documents on Tuesday night, October 6, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Goth is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, per the documents obtained by the outlet.
She is also requesting to terminate the court's ability to award either her or the actor of spousal support.

Their date of separation in the documents is listed as July 28, 2025.
In February 2026, amid reports of LaBeouf's New Orleans arrest, it was shared that the former couple had been separated for nearly a year but kept the split under the wraps.
The Fury actor was arrested after getting into a drunken brawl during the Mardi Gras festivities and was set to appear in court for two counts of simple battery.
Shia LaBeouf opens up about 'failed' marriage
In March, LaBeouf opened up about his split from Goth, admitting he "failed" his marriage.
"We were deeply unhappy," the former Disney Channel star confessed on Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan.
"I made a lot of mistakes early on before we tried to have a baby. I had violated trust in a big, big way."
Moreover, during the interview, LaBeouf was all praises for Goth, as he noted, "That's a good girl. That's one of the best girls that ever lived. She's incredible, that woman. Incredible … all the time. 10 out of 10."
