Maya Ali has once again copied fellow actress Mahira Khan’s speaking mannerisms in a new Instagram video.
On April 8, she had summarized her time at a recently attended family iftaar party by floating a string of nine glimmering photos.
What however caught fans’ attention was a video attached in between, where the actress was busy sharing a hilarious yet noteworthy dinner anecdote with her followers.
Seated in the front seat of a vehicle, she said, “My mother says not to enter your hosts’ house right before iftaar. You should reach there before time.”
“Or it seems as if we’ve come there for swallowing down food only,” Maya added, ending the momentous footage with a laughter.
Noting her talking style, she was immediately accused of impersonating Mahira’s speaking manners as well as hand gestures once more.
Another parroting stance that keen observers pointed out was that the celebrity was referring to her mother as “amma,” which is something the Sadqay Tumhare lead famously swears by.
Five years ago, a snippet of hers thanking everyone for showering love on Teefa in Trouble had wildly roared on the internet.
That was the first time when Maya was trolled for “mimicking Mahira’s accent,” followed by an appearance on Tonight with Ahsan Khan, where she claimed of having a unique persona.
