Kanye West, who is no stranger to controversies has landed in a legal trouble for his wife Bianca Censori.
As reported by The New York Post, the Donda rapper is identified as the main suspect in a battery case after allegedly punching a man for grabbing his wife.
The police sources confirmed to TMZ, Kanye and Bianca were arrested on Tuesday, after the Praise God singer was accused of physical altercation with a man.
A rep of Kanye West claimed that the man, who was punched by the CARNIVAL crooner had “physically assaulted” Binaca Censori.
As per the rep, “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses.”
It is pertinent to note, the incident occurred at the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel on Sunset Boulevard, found the 46-year-old rapper involved in a battery case for the second time in two years.
Previously, in 2022, Kanye West’s punched a fan named Justin Poplawski, who was seeking his autograph.
As reported by TMZ at that time, the Guardian rapper yelled at his fan saying, “Go the expletive [out of] here before I beat you the expletive up.”
