Abhishek Bachchan has joined Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh for upcoming comedy Housefull 5 under the production of Sajid Nadiadwala that is set to release on June 6, 2025.
Abhishek Bachchan, who has also worked in third franchise of the film in 2016, expressed his excitement towards upcoming project.
During the media statement, he stated, "It feels like returning home. It's always been a great pleasure to work with Sajid Nadiadwala."
"I am looking forward to having mad fun on the sets with my fellow actors, Akshay Kumar, and Riteish Deshmukh," he added.
Dhoom actor is collaborating with director Tarun Mansukhani for second time.
He expressed, "I’m also so excited to collaborate again with my dear friend Tarun Mansukhani. I’m really looking forward to working with him again after Dostana. This is going to be a lot of fun."
Sajid Nadiadwala also revealed his joy over Abhishek Bachchan's joining. He noted, “His dedication, comic timing, and sincerity will only elevate our film."
Set in London, Housefull 5 will go on floors in August.
Jr. Bachchan was last seen in the 2023 sports drama, Ghoomer.
