Alia Bhatt is making a mark at the Met Gala year after year; the actress made her second-ever Met Gala appearance at the 2024 ball today in New York and turned heads with her stunning look!
The Heart of Stone starlet walked the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Benefit Gala red carpet in 9 yards of jaw-dropping Sabyasachi brilliance, with all the grace and pomp that the event demands!
Alia’s bespoke floral sari was reportedly the handiwork of 163 karigars (traditional artisans) who meticulously put their skill on fabric in Sabyasachi’s Kolkata atelier.
The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress was styled by Anaita Shroff Adajania, who also styled Alia’s fellow Indian Met Gala attendee Isha Ambani, and chose Sabyasachi jewellery to tie the whole Sabya look together. Anaita also opted for messy hairdo for Alia, styled up with traditional headpieces, giving garden fairy vibes.
