Diddy has been facing backlash from the hip hop community after he was seen physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in the recent viral clip.

50 Cent, Bobby Shmurda, and many others joined hands to condemn the assault footage.

In the viral video which was obtained and published by CNN, Diddy was grabbing, shoving, dragging, and kicking Cassie.

50 Cent slammed the rapper’s response to the leaked surveillance footage on his official X account.

He tweeted, “The lie detector test has determined this was a lie…. Maury vibes.”

Meanwhile, Bobby recently posted a video clip of himself on Instagram and highlighted Diddy’s success and wealth is not an excuse for his behavior in the viral clip.

Furthermore, Diddy penned a lengthy sympathy-gaining letter on X after his never-before-seen surveillance footage went viral.

He began the letter with, “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”

“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”

“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth,” Diddy concluded his letter.
