Caitlin Clark beats Michael Jordan with rare basketball deals

Caitlin Clark signed two exclusive pacts with biggest sports companies

Caitlin Clark has beaten Michael Jordan to become the first basketballer signing not one, but two extremely rare endorsement deals with the mighty popular sport firms, Wilson and Nike.

Her first contract includes a bunch of special-edition basketballs coming out with different designs.

But the biggest catch here is that all of them will feature Caitlin Clark’s signature to add some highly personal value for fans.

Notably, Michael Jordan is the only other athlete to have been bestowed with Wilson’s “signature treatment.”

Caitlin Clark hasn’t however only crisscrossed with the Chicago Bulls’ star player in this category.

Her second agreement is set-up to produce signature shoes from Nike, once again coming face-to-face with Michael Jordan.

While it takes most celebrities years to get such recognition, she has earned this respect right after becoming the “all-time leading scorer in NCAA basketball while playing as a guard for the University of Iowa” this year.

Caitlin Clark told Forbes, “I feel fortunate and lucky. Michael Jordan is the best of all time. To see young kids eventually dribbling with my signature, how lucky am I!”

“I think it is going to take me a second. You just soak it in. Over the last year, there have been a lot of first and special moments. That will be one,” she added.
