Although the singer has previously joked about being afraid of growing older, she chose to flash a continuous smile while cutting a cake in the presence of her close friends and family.
A video has been floated by Hello! Magazine today, on May 22, that caught birthday girl Cher walking in on a surprise celebration arranged exclusively inside a private jet!
As a bunch of people sang the usual Happy Birthday tune, the camera panned to a very well-lit cake that had a customized picture of the vocalist scribbled with “I’m Cher, B**ch!” on it.
She took a big breath to soak all the glory in, then blew all candles out in just one go.
This was followed by her turning out to look at everyone with a great deal of astonishment and wonder pressed on face.
For the bombshell occasion, Cher had dressed in a pair of light pink top and jacket matched to a dazzle with Jolly Roger jeans and blonde hair.
A while back, she had told Entertainment Tonight that there is nothing planned out for her 78th birthday because she would be “putting a pillow over my head and screaming.”
