Samsung's Galaxy Ring, teased at the company's Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this year, was showcased at MWC 2024 with more details unveiled.
As per NDTV, the wearable, featuring health tracking capabilities, is expected to officially launch in July 2024, with leaks about its price and availability surfacing online.
Prominent tipster Evan Blass shared insights into Samsung's delivery process for the Galaxy Ring.
According to Blass, customers will have two delivery options. Those aware of their finger size can directly place their order, while others will receive a sizing kit from Samsung to determine their optimal size before confirming their orders.
The Galaxy Ring is rumored to be priced at Rs. 35,000 in India and between $300-$350 (roughly Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000) in the US.
Additionally, Samsung may offer an optional subscription alongside the wearable, priced at below $10 (roughly Rs. 800) per month in the US.
Initially teased in January and showcased in February at MWC, the Galaxy Ring is set to be unveiled at an upcoming Unpacked event.
Available in three color options, including black, gold, and silver, the wearable will run on the Samsung Health platform and feature sensors for heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep tracking, and more.
