David Beckham recalls 25-year-old triumph after Manchester United's victory

David Beckham recalled unforgettable good old times when he won the Champions League with Manchester United 25-years ago after the team won the FA Cup last night.

Beckham took it to Instagram to express his feelings after United’s latest win.

He wrote, “I can’t believe it’s been 25yrs since that famous night in Barcelona… our third trophy in 10 days, the Champions League. I remember thinking in the last 10 minutes this cannot be the way this is going to end... And it wasn’t. Congratulations to United for their FA Cup win yesterday, I love seeing this club win and achieve great things."

Beckam also shared a small clip from “99,” a documentary made on the historic treble-winning season of Manchester United, during which the iconic team won the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League within 10 days in 1999.

He also shared his picture from 1999 with the trophy and a picture from last night where United players can be seen uplifting the cup.
