Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seemingly had a successful trip to Nigeria earlier this month, but the Duke of the Sussex is not as happy as he should be.

The royal expert Tom Quinn in his conversation with Mirror shed light on how Harry feels about his recent visit to Nigeria, given the situation that his own family refused to acknowledge his efforts.

“Harry and Megan see their recent trip to Nigeria as a huge success, but for Harry every success is another kind of failure while his family refuse to acknowledge his efforts and steadfastly refuse to apologise for everything that had happened in the past,” Quinn told the outlet.

He continued, “In Nigeria and even with Meghan at his side and regularly holding his hand he still has a permanent look of bitterness on his face."

Regardless of how Harry feels about the lack of support from the royal family, the Duke and Duchess of the Sussex in their special message for the people of Nigeria hinted that there could be future trips.

Prince Harry joined his wife Meghan Markle on a 72-hour trip to Nigeria for the promotion of Invictus Games earlier this month, followed by the multi sports event’s 10th anniversary on May 8, 2024, in the UK, which only attended by Harry.

It is pertinent to know, no member of the royal family joined Harry for the 10th anniversary celebration of the Invictus Games despite duke's invitation.
