BLACKPINK Lisa has officially become Louis Vuitton's face of fashion!
On Tuesday, July 23, the French luxury fashion house proudly pronounced Lisa as its newest house ambassador via their official handles.
The fashion outlet took to Instagram to share an array of stunning photos of the iconic K-pop singer, adorned in the brand's luxurious clothes and accessories.
"Lisa for Louis Vuitton. The Maison and @NicolasGhesquiere are pleased to welcome the global music superstar and style icon as the newest House Ambassador, embodying shared values in excellence, culture, and craft," wrote the outlet.
The announcement came after the Social Path singer dropped a hint in her recent single Rockstar, where she mentioned "reppin" Louis Vuitton.
"Tight dress, LV sent it; Oh sh*t, Lisa reppin," sang the lyrics.
In a press release, Nicolas Ghesquiere, the artistic director of Louis Vuitton, expressed, "I am very excited to welcome Lisa as a house ambassador."
Nicolas went on to say that Lisa has a "daring spirit and charisma" that she finds incredibly compelling.
"She is as bold and creative with her music as she is with her fashion, and it is a privilege to accompany her on this journey," she explained.
Whereas in a video shared by Louis Vuitton's official Instagram account, the BLACKPINK star excitedly expressed that she feels "so honored" to be working with the brand she admires.
"I'm really looking forward to making greater moments with Louis Vuitton," said Lisa.
Lisa is the first Louis Vuitton brand ambassador for the K-pop girl group BLACKPINK.
