King Charles' sends strong message to his three grandkids in cryptic speech

King Charles gives surprising shout-out to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis

King Charles has given an adorable shout-out to his three royal grandkids during a speech.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have seemingly became “aspiration” for the monarch.

Back in June when the Royal family welcomed Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan, his majesty have a subtle shout-out to his grandkids.

Charles looked back at his rips to the opera as a young man during a conversation with Emperor.

He shared, "I am only sorry to report that I haven't had any better luck with more recent attempts at fishing.”

While referring to his royal grand kids, King noted, "The Pokémon phrase 'gotta catch 'em all' may resonate with my grandchildren, but for me it is, perhaps, aspirational.”

The monarch often spend time with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis at Windsor Castle.

A royal expert Robert Hardman previously told PEOPLE, "[King Charles] is a father who loves his son and a doting grandfather. One thing we don't see, and people weren't expecting, the King is spending a lot more time at Windsor than anyone expected.”

“He's often there on Thursdays and Fridays. Obviously, the Waleses are within walking distance of the castle. He's never really had that sort of proximity to the younger family. Now, there's more overlap,” the expert explained.

King Charles reportedly considers his family like “a team.”
