Five-time Ballon d'Or champion Cristiano Ronaldo has sparked marriage rumours with his longtime girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez in his recent video.
Fans have gone wild after the Portuguese football legend referred to his girlfriend as ‘my wife’ in a video for the fitness brand Whoop.
The 39-year-old, while giving a tour of his house gym, said, “Most important thing is, it's not what you do, it's what you have to do. When I'm not training in the club, I like to work with my wife at home. I can push her, and she can push me too."
The former Manchester United star's latest hint has left the fans speculating whether the two have secretly tied the knot or are going to marry soon.
A user wrote, “Did he say, my wife? Are they now secretly married?” while the other added, "@cristiano, when did you get married with him calling her ‘my wife.’”
The third one gushed, “He said ‘my wife’ olalaaa.”
However, Ronaldo’s publicist told People, “At this time, I cannot confirm nor deny that Cristiano has married Georgina. I simply do not know.”
