For the event, the Duchess of Sussex was joined by many other famous faces, such as entrepreneur Kelly McKee Zajfen, who is her long-time BFF.
But the common factor between all of these celebrities were that they were welcomed as a bunch of special attendees.
Meghan Markle’s official website informed that she wholeheartedly accepted the invite to “celebrate the exceptional services provided to children across LA” by the medical institution in question.
“Invited as a special guest by CHLA’s president and CEO Paul Viviano, the Duchess of Sussex was proud to stand alongside esteemed guests in support of this vital cause,” the statement gave away.
Not only this, Prince Harry’s wife has a very personal connection with the hospital.
According to Hello Magazine, she has stopped by its site to meet patients and participate in annual campaigns for the betterment of health sector numerous times.
But this fact isn’t as astounding as Meghan Markle’s surprise appearance from October 5 because she has been long advocating for the “health and well-being of children around the world.”
