Bollywood actor Aamir Khan and his former wife and director, Kiran Rao paid their last respects to the late Ratan Tata.
The pair arrived at Mumbai's National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) on Thursday to bid farewell to the legend, who passed away on October 9.
Aamir could be seen in a somber mood, wearing a grey short kurta and black pants, while Kiran, wore a simple white top and black trousers.
As they exited the venue, Aamir Khan paid a heartfelt tribute to Tata, noting, “Today is a sad day for all of us, and the whole country. What he has done for the nation through his company under his leadership is priceless. He was a rare person. We all will miss him a lot”.
While Kiran Rao added, “We were lucky to spend some time with him. He was a good soul, and he is no longer with us. He has done a lot for us”.
Ratan Tata, the former chairman of Tata Group, passed away at the age of 86 in Mumbai.
He was accorded a state funeral by Maharashtra on Thursday, October 10.
