Prince William and Prince George shared a special moment in Paris as they stepped out for a rare father-son outing to watch a high-stakes soccer match.
The Prince of Wales along with his son marked the outing as he they were among spectators for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg match between Aston Villa F.C. and Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, April 9.
While attending the soccer match, Prince William expressed his feeling, attending a match with 11-year-old son in a TV interview.
William stated, "Well, I've got my son here as well, so I'm on best behaviour as well.”
He added, "But I thought: You know what, it's been 43 years since anything like this has happened in my generation as a Villa fan, and I want George to experience a night out away from home in a big European competition.”
The Future King of Britain also shared, "I hope it's not 43 years until the next one happens, but I think those memories are really important to create and bringing him along tonight is a big deal for me."
At one point Prince William was spotted embracing George, who sported an Aston Villa scarf, as they celebrated Morgan Rogers putting the Birmingham team ahead in the first half.
The, the match ended in a 3-1 victory to PSG ahead of the return leg at Villa Park next week.
