Former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar is best known for terrorising batsmen with his stunning ability to swing the ball in the history of cricket game.
The popular fast bowler has a huge fan following all over the world, from his cricket days till now, as he has become a staunch critic of Pakistani cricket.
Over the time, Akhtar has been seen interacting with followers via social media and answering their queries. Recently, the fast pacer aka Rawalpindi Express held a question and answer session with his fans on his Instagram account.
During the Q&A session, a fan asked him to name his favorite Bollywood actor around this time. Replying to his question, Akhtar revealed that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is his favorite actor. He also tagged Khan and even shared a shirtless photo of the veteran Bollywood actor.
However, this is not the first time Akhtar has expressed his fondness for the Dabangg Khan of Bollywood. In a previous interview, he stated that if his biopic is ever filmed, he wants Salman Khan to play the role.
"If ever my biopic is made, I want Salman Khan to play the lead in it," Akhtar said. Akhtar made his international debut against the West Indies at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in 1997. He 46 Test matches, 163 One Day Internationals, and 15 T20Is for the Pakistani national team.
