Princess Caroline's daughter and Prince Albert II's niece, Princess Alexandra of Hanover, is engaged!
On Friday, September 11, the Monegasque royal, who is the fourth child of Princess Caroline of Monaco and the third of Ernst August, Prince of Hanover, shared that she is engaged to her long-term boyfriend, Ben-Sylvester Strautmann.

Turning to her Instagram account, the 27-year-old marked the exciting occasion with a series of stunning snaps, as she showed off her dazzling yellow diamond ring.
In the caption of the heartfelt post, the Princess cheekily penned, "The marriage plot."
Snaps from the special moment showed the Princess elegantly placing her left hand beside a breakfast spread, as well as sweet snaps of her adorable long-haired sausage dog, Elouise.
Reacting to the exciting news, Princess Diana's niece, Kitty Spencer, penned under the post, "Aah congratulations," alongside a string of red love heart emojis.
Moreover, Alexandra Leclerc, the wife of F1 driver Charles Leclerc, added, "Congratulations!!!! [red love heart emojis]."
Princess Alexandra and Ben-Sylvester Strautmann's romance
Born in Lower Saxony, Germany, Ben-Sylvester moved to Monaco with his family as a child.
The couple were part of the similar social and academic circles in the Principality during their teenage years.
They were first spotted together publicly in late 2016 and made their relationship official around 2017.
Both Alexandra and Ben shared a love of sports, as the Princess was a competitive figure skater, while her fiancé played competitive basketball in Monaco.
Notably, Princess Alexandra of Hanover is the daughter of Prince Albert II's sister, Princess Caroline, and the granddaughter of Prince Rainier II and actress Grace Kelly.
