Sara Ali Khan set pulses racing with her new traditional look from the third day of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s three-day pre-wedding festivities.

The Zara Hatke Zara Bachke actress took to her Instagram account on Monday to treat her fans with the breathtaking glimpses of her elegant and traditional look on last day of Anant’s pre-wedding celebrations, which concluded on Sunday, March 3, 2024.

Sara shared a series of adorable photos from Sunday’s mega event, where she wore a chiffon silk dress in tea pink color, embellished with golden zardosi border on the neckline, sleeves and edges of her shirt.

She paired her shirt with light green silk chooridaar, (bottom), and a big dupatta (scarf) with heavy embellishment all around its borders.

The Love Aaj Kal actress completed her look with zircon jewelry featuring green tassels. Sara enhanced her traditional look with a braided hairstyle.

Sara Ali Khan penned a heartfelt caption with her photos to thank her grandmother for the dress, brother Ibrahim Ali Khan for taking photos with her, and designer Manish Malhotra for recreating the dress using Tagore's zardosi borders.


“Thank you Badi Amma for the loveliest traditional Zardosi gold border, Everyone knows she’s the epitome of grace and royalty- everyone always adored her,” she noted.

Sara continued, “Thank you @manishmalhotraworld @manishmalhotra05 for recreating this style, adding your sparkle and giving it order, And thank you @______iak______ for just being the most regally handsome brother in @raghavendra.rathore and posing with your sister who behaves like a recorder.”

Meanwhile, who also posed with Sara in one of the photos, wore a blue sherwani with white bottoms and brown shoes.
