Kate Middleton’s privacy was reportedly breached at the center London hospital, where she was admitted for her abdominal surgery.

As reported by Sky News, one of the staff members attempted to see Kate’s data at The London Clinic, amid the photoshop controversy.

A spokesperson on behalf of the information Commissioner's Office revealed, “We can confirm that we have received a breach report and are assessing the information provided.”

Reports further suggest that the Hospital administration has established a contact with the Kensington Palace to discuss with them about the apparent breach.

This breach of privacy came after Kate Middleton was spotted “happy and healthy” with husband Prince William at the Windsor Farm Shop, a mile away from Adelaide Cottage home.

In a widely circulated video, Kate was seen walking energetically in a tracksuit, with husband William by her side.

The princes and princess of Wales were seen together for the first time since Kate underwent an abdominal surgery in January.

In an official announcement by the Kensington palace at that time, it was revealed that Kate will not be taking part in any royal engagements until Easter in April.
