Aamir Khan will be seen seated for an interview with comedian Kapil Sharma for the very first time.
He has completed shooting for an episode for Netflix’s upcoming series, The Great Indian Kapil Show, as shown in a recently released teaser.
While the two stars have already made several public interactions together, they have never been seen in a professional setting before.
As reported by NDTV last year, both of them were present at Carry on Jatta 3’s trailer launch event, where Aamir asked why he has not been invited to the show yet.
To this, Kapil innocently responded by saying, “I have always met him in the crowd and have always requested him to come to our show. But he used to say that he is going somewhere and will meet once he is back.”
The Ghajini lead then promised, “I will 100% come, but don’t call me around the time of my movies’ release. I don’t want to come for promoting them. I want to be there for entertainment.”
Cut to almost one year later, he has kept his word.
This is a especially big thing coming from Aamir’s side since he usually doesn’t appear for interviews unless for any pictures’ press.
